Somos Perú tendrá dos días como máximo para subsanar irregularidades

El Jurado Electoral Especial (JEE), declaró inadmisible La lista de candidatos al Congreso por Lima que lidera el expresidente Martín Vizcarra (Somos Perú), para participar en las Elecciones Generales 2021.

Según la resolución, Somos Perú no habría consignado los números de DNI de los miembros del Órgano Electoral Central y cuatro candidatos no presentaron las solicitudes de licencia sin goce de haber de instituciones públicas donde laboraban.

“Declarar inadmisible la solicitud de inscripción de lista de candidatos para el Congreso de la República presentada por David Rolando Quispe Martínez, personero legal de la organización política Partido Democrático Somos Perú con el objeto de participar en el Proceso de Elecciones Generales 2021”, señala parte del comunicado.

La agrupación política tendrá dos días calendario, como plazo máximo, para poder subsanar las observaciones del órgano electoral, de lo contrario, los candidatos no podrán participar en los comicios del próximo año.
