Minsa y Perú Compras promueven consulta pública sobre proceso de homologación

Hasta el 16 de noviembre, se recibirán aportes sobre los proyectos de Fichas de Homologación de lentes intraoculares

La Central de Compras Públicas – Perú Compras y el Ministerio de Salud (Minsa), a través Centro Nacional de Abastecimiento de Recursos Estratégicos de Salud – Cenares, prepublicaron 71 proyectos de Fichas de Homologación de dispositivos médicos, correspondientes a 12 grapadoras quirúrgicas y 59 lentes intraoculares.

Las grapadoras quirúrgicas son dispositivos que facilitan los procedimientos y pueden acortar el tiempo de la intervención quirúrgica en comparación a la sutura manual, mientras que los lentes intraoculares son para cirugías de cataratas; ambos están considerados en la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de Salud Ocular y Prevención de la Ceguera del Ministerio de Salud – Minsa.

Los proyectos de Fichas de Homologación de grapadoras quirúrgicas y lentes intraoculares, estarán disponibles en el portal www.perucompras.gob.pe hasta el 16 de noviembre, recibiendo aportes y sugerencias, en el correo: equipo_de_homologacion@cenares.minsa.gob.pe

Asimismo, el 11 de noviembre se llevó a cabo la Mesa Técnica de Discusión Pública sobre el contenido de los proyectos de Fichas de Homologación de grapadoras quirúrgicas, y el 12 de noviembre, la Mesa Técnica de Discusión Pública sobre el contenido de los proyectos de Fichas de Homologación de lentes intraoculares.

En el proceso de homologación, Perú Compras realiza el acompañamiento técnico al Cenares, a fin de uniformizar características y especificaciones técnicas de los requerimientos, optimizando el procedimiento compra, reduciendo los plazos de contratación y de entrega.

Las Fichas de Homologación establecen un estándar de calidad para los requerimientos, hace predictiva la demanda del Estado y eliminan las compras dirigidas, disminuyendo el riesgo de corrupción.
