Magistrados analizarán demanda competencial que presentó el expresidente Martín Vizcarra contra la primera moción de vacancia en su contra
El Pleno del Tribunal Constitucional sesionará mañana, lunes 16 al mediodía, de manera extraordinaria, para evaluar la demanda competencial sobre la vacancia presidencial. Dicha institución se pronunció luego que el expresidente Martín Vizcarra y el expremier Walter Martos exigieran un pronunciamiento oficial.
Los magistrados analizarán la demanda que presentó Vizcarra frente a la primera moción de vacancia (octubre), debido que, para este último, realizado el 9 de noviembre y que logró su salida de Palacio de Gobierno; no se presentó ninguna medida.

Después del mediodía, Vizcarra Cornejo se pronunció sobre la renuncia de Manuel Merino a la Presidencia de la República, llamándolo «dictadorzuelo», y también exhortó al TC decidir si el proceso de vacancia en su contra es constitucional.
“Cuando el 30 de setiembre del año pasado, disolví constitucionalmente del Congreso de la República, dije que me allanaba a lo que decía el Tribunal Constitucional, ahora los peruanos pedimos lo mismo. Que el TC se pronuncie y diga si es legal lo que hicieron los congresistas el lunes 9 de noviembre”, declaró desde San Isidro.
